Word of mouth is the best, fastest and most honest advertising there is.

What is word of mouth actually?

Word-of-mouth advertising is the most effective and cheapest form of advertising. A satisfied customer recommends you and your services to friends, acquaintances and relatives and doesn't ask for a penny in return. The customer/client praises your service and the way you work and tells their friends, acquaintances and relatives. This creates a wildfire and your diary starts to burst at the seams.

In my more than 20 years as a therapist and energetic practitioner, I have built up a client base of almost 15,000 clients.
90% of my clients came and still come to my practice because of positive word-of-mouth recommendations.


How does word-of-mouth propaganda come about?

Friendliness, honesty, competence, a pleasant atmosphere and authenticity are great and expected qualities, but they do not lead to word-of-mouth recommendations. However, there are elements that usually lead to a positive word-of-mouth recommendation:

1. the boah effect:

Whenever something unexpectedly positive or even surprising happens, the customer is astonished and perhaps even "positively shocked". I call this experience the boah effect.

In my practice I proceed as follows:
I never ask my customers or clients why they have come to my practice. Normally, the first thing you are asked is where the "shoe pinches".

My clients take a seat and I start the analysis with energetisch.fit. With my self-developed and researched program, I achieve a reproducible hit rate of 80-90%. This means I can pick up my client directly where they are and achieve an incredible BOAH effect, because no customer/client expects something like this.
