People have always been looking for a way to be healthy, happy, wealthy or successful.
These 4 most important basic forces/ basic energies in life, which all reside within us, help us to lead the life we strive for.
The better you understand these factors and the more you take care of them, the faster you will achieve your goals and thus a fulfilled life.
1. life energy
Energy is the basis of all life processes and the prerequisite for all technical and economic activities. Generally speaking, energy is the ability of a system to produce certain effects.
In almost all cultures on earth, we find the idea of a universal, all-pervading force that is present throughout the cosmos and sustains all living beings and all matter. This energy is called chi in China, prana in India, ki in Japan and huna in Hawaii. More modern names today include orgone, libido or zero-point energy.
Quantum physics says that everything consists of energy and that this energy cannot be destroyed - it can only be changed.
All processes in life require energy in order to bring about change. Thoughts or feelings are also energy, and depending on how we think or feel, this energy also reacts.
Positive thoughts or feelings give us energy - and negative thoughts or feelings cost us energy.
In order to lead a fulfilled life, it is therefore necessary that we ourselves ensure that we have enough energy. This means that if I have a lot of energy and also nurture and cultivate positive and productive thoughts towards my environment - then I also have enough energy myself, which I can of course also give and share.
If I now share a lot of energy (but not more than I possess) then my given energy changes into so-called "partner energy" or "love energy". And if I give wholeheartedly, then my "heart energy" will also increase - and of course the "relationship energy" with my environment (partner, family, friends...) will also increase
But be careful! The same thing also happens in the opposite direction: if I nurture negative thoughts or feelings, it costs me and everyone else the same amount of energy.
Therefore, always make sure to do things in life
to do, to cultivate thoughts and feelings that you enjoy, that relax you and thereby increase your energy.

2.protection / demarcation
Protection refers to an action or ability or also a precaution against a threat, uncertainty or also possible unpleasant events.
Good protective regulation helps us to rely more on our own intuition and not always place value on what others think or believe about us. The ability to keep your thoughts and feelings to yourself naturally also helps you not to be influenced or manipulated by the opinions of others.
Protection also gives you more ability to set boundaries and thus also helps you to have more self-confidence to say "NO" when necessary. However, the ability to set boundaries also ensures that we don't have to sacrifice ourselves always and everywhere in order to be loved because we might be afraid of being rejected.
Those who constantly sacrifice themselves for others ultimately become victims themselves.
If you realize how important good protective regulation is in life, then you can also say "NO" to your own negative behaviors, thoughts and feelings so that you no longer sabotage yourself.
Of course, it is also important that the other person's protective zone or boundary is respected and maintained. This also ensures that the other person respects their own boundaries.

It's perfectly okay to let those around you know how they should treat you and talk to you. So you don't need to be afraid of setting boundaries. The clearer this boundary is, the less you have to protect yourself.

3.Cleaning
Just as important as protection is, of course, self-cleansing or cleansing regulation.
Do you brush your teeth regularly?
Do you wash your hair regularly?
What do you do for your thoughts or feelings?
Cleansing is about freeing yourself from any kind of burden or contamination on a physical, mental and spiritual level. It is also about recognizing and then letting go of useless and stressful situations and behaviours.
Letting go and cleansing is a process that takes place on all levels of life. Holding on to physical things, thoughts, concepts, people, beliefs... these are all things that, like ballast in a rucksack, only make our path through life more difficult. It is often enough to become aware of where and how we burden ourselves with things that we don't actually want to carry. We make commitments and compromises, mostly just to be loved.
When we become very clear and aware of ourselves, i.e. once we have recognized what burdens us, then we can also make the decision to free ourselves from it.
If we can recognize and accept that we can't own, hold on to or control anything anyway - then this also results in us gaining more trust in our lives and therefore also in our partners and fellow human beings.
Only when we are ready all to let go and free ourselves from the mostly self-imposed
Clean obstacles - then we can also all get.

4.Relaxation
One of the most important qualities today to become healthy, happy or successful is to be able to allow relaxation, lightness and fun in life.
Any kind of tension causes STRESS in our system. And it is precisely this stress that blocks our entire life.
A good ability to relax helps the body, mind and soul to regenerate optimally. It lowers blood pressure, stabilizes and strengthens the hormonal and immune system, regulates blood sugar levels and helps against sleep disorders.
In addition, through ideal relaxation, states of consciousness can be achieved that lie between total surrender and the highest concentration. Mystical experiences and the feeling of total fusion, mindfulness and appreciation are also promoted by good relaxation regulation.
Good relaxation allows us to experience in life that not everything always has to work under pressure. This promotes fun, lightness and basic trust.
If we manage to take life a little easier, then it becomes easier and more relaxed for ourselves and, of course, for those around us. Of course, not all worries and problems can be eliminated, but there is a difference between approaching something totally stressed and tense and doing it simply and with ease.
Even if life is not so good to us at the moment, it is still worth thinking about whether this is really a reason to let it weigh us down. Difficult challenges in particular are best faced with composure and a cheerful disposition. Only those who maintain their lightness will have enough energy to overcome stressful situations.
