Basic type/basic energy:
The first category analyzes your current basic type or basic energy. Earth, fire, water and air are symbolic basic qualities that describe our basic energy.
Feelings/reaction patterns:
As a second step, we evaluate the feelings and your reaction patterns and recognize whether we are more likely to fall into a negative or positive reaction pattern.
Conflicts/traumas:
In order to understand these feelings more precisely, we analyze the underlying conflict and the trauma that may still need to be resolved.
Wrong thought patterns:
By analyzing the wrong thought patterns, our mental programs can be analyzed and also corrected.
False emotional patterns:
Our thought patterns very often hide our false emotional patterns, which show us exactly which emotional programs are hidden behind them.
Need/desire:
The next step is to recognize what unfulfilled needs lie behind these programs, what deep and real desires need to be fulfilled in order for us to develop optimally.
Suggestions/solutions:
At the end of the module, we analyze the best suggestions and solutions that we need for optimal personal development. Of course, this is also about putting these solutions into practice.
