For over 15 years, I have been working at the intersection of energy, emotion and entrepreneurial clarity. I have a degree in business administration with a focus on product management (IT/web/mobile), trained in agile methods, self-organization and change management - and I have learned that structure alone is not enough if there is a lack of inner focus.

What defines me is not just what I have learned - but what I have lived through.I am the mother of three daughters and have been at the side of a man with whom I have grown for over 23 years. I know what it means to take responsibility - not just in business, but in the family system.
I believe that personal development is business development. And business development is personality development, which is why I accompany people who want more than just sales, people who have understood that their own shadow does not belong in the next offer - and that clarity on the inside is a prerequisite for effectiveness on the outside.
I am working on issues that my ancestors were unable to resolve - so that my children do not have to bear responsibility for wounds that are not theirs. Not because it's about me - but because it's about what comes after us.

I believe in the power of the smallest organizational unit - the family - and I believe that we have to start there if we really want change.
